After our discovery call, we deliver first drafts of 1–2 sample videos within 48 hours so you can see our work before fully committing. Once you're onboarded, monthly volume is delivered on a steady schedule we agree on together.
What if I don't use all my edits in a month? +
You can roll over up to 25% of unused edits to the next month. Most clients end up wanting more, not less.
Do you really do scripting too? +
Yes — in our Studio tier we script shorts and long-form content for you. This is for clients who want a full done-for-you content operation, not just editing. Get in touch for a custom quote.
How does podcast clipping work? +
Send us your full episode and we'll pull the strongest 8–12 moments, reframe them vertically, add hook captions, polish the audio, and deliver them ready to post on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
What software do you edit in? +
Primarily Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with After Effects for motion graphics. We deliver final exports in any format you need.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Retainers are month-to-month with a 14-day notice period before your next billing cycle. No long contracts.
How do I send you footage? +
Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io — whichever you prefer. We'll set up a dedicated folder structure during onboarding so you just drag, drop, and go.
